Spring

According to my calendar, Spring started yesterday. Way up here we certainly don't have anything budding or blooming yet but as I looked out the window I did see some evidence of Spring... forgotten toys emerging from their hibernation in the snow. It's something.

This hat I made for Sadie turned out so cute I had to share a pic.

I am so glad we weren't the only ones who left toys out all winter buried under snow. It's snowing here today. :(

LOL that is so funny about the toys. Sadie looks so cute in that hat. She looks like Strawberry shortcake.

Melissa,
I thought it looked just like a Strawberry Shortcake hat too! Jeremiah doesn't like it, maybe because he never had Strawberry Shortcake toys when he was little :D

RYC: In the part of Wales where we live at least 85% of the people speak Welsh as their daily language. And since my husband is starting a Welsh-speaking church its a good idea for me to learn Welsh, too. :)

Cute hat! Although I think it is one of those hats she would look back on and say...I can't believe you made me wear that! lol!

Our spring is different than I expected! We have very little snow left but the cold is still staying with us! It will warm up for a day and then be below freezing! Luke has been begging to get out his roller blades but it is just too wet out still!

Sadie looks so cute in her hat! I love it! Does she keep hats on her head? I always loved putting little hats on Belle but she would NEVER leave them on longer than it took to take a picture!
