Mardi Gras
Today is Fat Tuesday. It's hard to believe it's that time of year already. Is anybody giving anything up for Lent? If I was Catholic, I would give up chocolate.
Also, I'm in the middle of three sewing projects. I am not allowed to start another until all three are completely finished. And I mean it.

We are going to be giving up going out or picking up dinner. Sad I know but this will be harder than giving up chocolate for us.
Cooking meals is so frustration for me when Hannah starts whining when food comes out and then no one eats anything. Lets see how long we can last.
Yep, crap today is ash wednesday isn't it? I should go to church, but I really hate dragging the boys with me!! lol
I think I will give up the kids. Is that allowed?? lol
Hmm...wonder if anyone's ever thought of pairing up with a sewing project accountability partner. :) I admitted to dh just this past week that I am addicted to the fabric store (I love J*ann's, too!). I made the same promise to myself only yesterday--three projects is the goal (4 skirts (counts as 1 project), 2 pantaloons, and 1 mending project). Good luck with your projects! I hope you share your finished work. This post is a great motivator for me....
