Crayon Crowns

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

This past week our art project didn't come from our book but from the library. The theme to story-time this week was crayons. There is always a craft following the stories, however, this week we had planned to skip the craft due to some less then stellar behavior. The librarian saw us leaving and gave us the materials so we could do the craft at home.

Those are cute! I just have to say that it is awesome that you keep up with crafts. I'm not at all craftsy and really lag behind on them. But, I'm trying to get back into the craft book we have and get on the ball.

Kids seem to like anything they are allowed to put on their heads!

I'm glad to hear that I am not the only mom that has those "moments" in public! :)

Really cute!

I can see that the dog is also curious! Is it a beagle?

How nice of the librarian. I always feel like I have to sidle out after everyone witnesses N.'s less than stellar behavior!

I don't even bother with the library anymore since my kids seem to think it means time to scream and run around like banshies!! lol
