Sewing can be Hazardous to your Health
I couldn't get a good picture, but you will notice there are two red marks on my finger. One (on the side) is where the sewing machine needle entered my finger. The second is where it exited my finger thru my nail. The worst part is that the needle was jammed in there for several seconds because I couldn't get it out. Let this be a lesson to you: always take your foot off the pedal while you are removing a stubborn pin that is precariously close to the needle.

Man, tht looks and sounds so painful! Hope it doesn't hurt too bad any more...I fear my sewing machine for many reasons and now I think that is reason #1!
I bet that hurt! It happened to my mom once and she said it was extremely painful! I hope it's feeling better now.
OW OW OW! I hope you are feeling ok now!
Okay. That far exceeds my knife stabbing of last week. I had enter/exit wounds on the same side of my palm. But a thick needle through the nail -- no words can say the pain I feel for you!!
Wow Amie, that looks painful. I am always afraid that will happen to me. UGH, hope it feels better soon.
Eeek, that's not cool at all! I get queasy just looking at things like that! Hope it's feeling better!

Have Fun On Your Trip!!!!!
