Christmas Wishlist

Just when you scrape enough out of your brain for a blog entry, next thing you know its already four days later and you need to come up with another one! It's been awhile since I asked my lovely readers a question, so here it is:

What do you want for Christmas? Now, I realize Christmas is much more than getting gifts, but I am still interested in hearing what that dream gift would be. Even if you know there's not a chance you will be recieving it, what are you wishing for?

As for me, i'm wishing for a dressform.

LOL, I think mine is fairly obvious. I just want someone to buy my house so I can move! I just had yet another person tell me that they had an offer on their own house.
Right now I can't think of anything else, because anything else is going to take up space and my house would look cluttered:-)

Well I have been thinking on this very thing for awhile. I really don't need anything but I would LOVE if the playroom and master bed/bath were to finally get painted! I am thinking of asking Zach to hire somebody to do that as my gift...

I want my grandfather's dining table and chairs (which I inherited) resurfaced. I think he must've put a million coats of varnish on it in his lifetime, which I found out when I tried to strip it. (Um, I'm not so good at that.)

Since I don't do formal rooms, this is our kitchen table, but now I have to tablecloth it all the time because the table top looks like someone tried to use varnish stripper and then gave up and tried to sand it... which also didn't work (ahem). Kids and tablecloths DO NOT MIX.

Thanks - I had no idea I wanted this done so badly until you asked that question!! Now I know what to ask Santa for.

Hmm. my problem is I want too many things LOL.

About the dress form though, I have one, actually two, do you want them?
The male one unfortunately has some stab wounds from my dh testing out a new set of throwing knives (insert eyeroll) but the female form is perfect. I'm not sure if they will suit your purpose or not. I got them both from my old retail job.
LMK if you're interested

For my Christmas wish, I would want Chris to get hired at a base on the East coast, and they would pay for our move!! And if I want to stretch it some, maybe in Michigan??? lol I know, I am pushing it! East coast would suit me just fine. I guess the intention is to live closer to family!

hum, I'm not sure! Thanks for asking this - I know my mom will start asking me soon. If I could have ANYTHING anything, a new job & my moving expenses paid for. but the right job - something I really want that pays enough!

Hmmmm, haven't thought a whole lot about it, but I'd really like a Tigers Jersey! Maybe a Pudge Rodriguiz or Sean Casey one!!

For Christmas I would love to have a real camera. Not a digital. One of those really great ones that take real film and produce the most beautiful photographs. That's what I want.

Hmm! Maybe a DVD recorder that we could hook up to the TV? Or a new beater car. We are a one-car family and boy, it would be nice to just have a car in the driveway and not have to get DH to bring our vehicle home if I want to run to the store.
