Well....
They countered, then we countered, then...they accepted! In fact, we got to meet the wife who happened to be in the office to sign papers. Turns out they are yoopers returning to the U.P. Our realtor said she seemed pleased to know we were buying the house.
Jeremiah's dad was in the area this past week so he was already able to inspect it for us today.
We're happy :D

CONGRATS!!! A new house is so exciting! I would love to see your new house. Chris and I hopefully, plan to get to TC more this summer than last. If Chris can't make it up the girls and I will probably spend more time ourselves traveling up north to visit the in laws. Let me know what your new address and phone is also so I can give you a call when we do plan on be up in TC. you have my email already.
