Still Alive...
We had an extremely busy, acitivity-filled, Easter weekend. However, it didn't involve looking at houses. We haven't even looked at one yet. Um...yeah...thats all I have to say about that.
eta: I feel a little less stressed after talking to the mortgage broker today and learning that they can have us closed in 2-3 weeks. That gives weeks, instead of days, to look.

I'm glad you had a good Easter! I hope the househunting gets going very quickly now and you find the perfect house on the first day you look! :-) Good luck. *fingers crossed*
I'm sure you'll find something absolutely perfect! Good luck!
Good Luck on finding a house!! Hope it goes quickly and easily!
We went through this when we sold our first home - the people wanted in fast, and we spent two weeks frantically looking. Then I took a deep breath and went another direction. I found a guy willing to rent us a house short term (3-4 months), for a little more per month than usual (he preferred yearly leases). Then we took our time and found the EXACT right place for us. (The place we found, btw, was way underpriced and vacant, and was my favorite of all the places I've lived. I only left it because we moved cities - grrr.)
Hope you find something soon!
Hey Amie!
Glad you came by to visit my site! I've been to yours before, probably from Neonatal Doc too!
Since you like med blogs, check out "Unintelligent Design"--he's going to start a peds blog carnival (like Grand Rounds), which should be fun to read...it should start soon!
Stop by any time! I love hearing from people!
Crossed finges for you!
