Update...
We countered with a few small changes, and they accepted! They are also financially pre-approved so unless they opt out after the inspection it lookes like we will be closing by May 17. Wow. Imagine that, we have no idea where we will be living in a little over a month. Scary, yet exciting. Also, our realtor is gone this week so we can't even look untill next week!!
