Pins and Needles...
I know you are all probably sick and tired of hearing about house stuff, if you are than you will probably want to skip this post (I won't be offended).
A few days ago one of my friends told me she knew as soon as she walked into a house if it was "it." Well, we looked at one house yesterday and two this morning. The first and second were "hmmm...I could live here." The third house was it, as in I want to live here. Its in a gorgeous area, and theres ROOM. We made an offer, we're waiting and praying.

It's funny how that happen's. I agree with your friend. When Chris and I looked at houses we looked at two identical home right next to each other. Even though the house we bought didn't have as nice of a kitchen as the other house I had that gotta have it feeling. A house is a house but when you walk into your HOME you know it! Good luck and I hope you get the house you want.
This is exciting! And, I am certainly not tired of hearing about houses -- I want to know everything. :-)
I got the "this is it!" feeling when I saw my apartment the first time. It's a good feeling!

I know the feeling too. We had it with this house....we weren't looking for our dream house or anything. But we knew it would be our "first" house once we walked in. I will keep you in my prayers....then if you get it...quick everyone pray for our house to sell;-)

We were the same with our house. We looked at tons of them. Our house was the 3rd house we looked at. After about 6 more houses, we came back through ours and just KNEW it had to be ours. 4 yrs later, here we are :)

we've bought 2 homes and had that experiance with both.
On my fireplace I stenciled "just as soon as I saw it, I knew it was home. -Anne of Green Gables"
