Thats Our Elijah
Today the three older boys had their six month dental checkup (no cavities!). Afterwards the hygientist always makes balloon animals for them. "What will it be Elijah... a giraffe, dog, cat, fish, sword?" she asked. "Sponge Bob" answers Elijah.

No, she didn't know how to make a SpongeBob so ended up with a fish.
