I'm surprised she sat still long enough for you to do it :)
CUTENESS personified!!! She looks like she's ready to go off for a days shopping in boutiques or to a 'cool' cafe! Darling Angel Baby!!!
With her hair that way she looks so much like you! Would rag curling work?
So Cute!!
try pin curls.;)
they were my favorite when i was a kid.. quick and easy, and nice tight curls.
Oh my gosh, she is so beautiful Amie!
Did you put the curlers in when her hair was wet? You can also use a tiny bit of hair gel (or detangler spray) on the wet hair first to hold the curl in a little longer.
My mom used pink spongy curlers on our hair before we went to bed ... in the morning, we'd wake up and POOF! have curly hair.
good luck!
Beth,
I still nurse her, so I just put them in while I was nursing her.
Denise and Megan,
I'm going to look into rag curlers and pin curls. I've heard of both, but I'm not familiar with how to do them.
Moo,
Yes, her hair was wet, although it didn't get a chance to dry entirely (the curlers started falling out) Thanks for the tip on the gel.
my gran used to curl our hair with rag curlers. It worked on my sisters, but my hair is too straight and no curls ever stay.
Anyway, she made them herself using old pantyhose and cotton, and then just tied them into little sausage shaped things. (I think... I was quite small... I'd google this part!) She always put them in at night, wet hair, and then we slept in them.
She is SO cute.
Holy cow.....TOO cute! She's one patient girl to sit still long enough! You're gonna have your hands full when she's a teenager! She's quite the looker already!
She is so cute!
Wow! What a cute, hip little hairdo! She's a sweetie!! My hair was so fine when I was little, it would never hold a curl without 8 pounds of Dippety Doo! Remember that crap?
I'm still laughing at this post. Too cute!
