Dear April

Dear April,
Welcome back! Last year you weren't very nice to me. Maybe this year you could make it up to me and do something about this:

If you don't, then May is my BFF.

Ugh, April brought us a ton of snow today. Fortunately I have a short memory and will forget all about this if it's melted by the end of the week.

Snow Snow Snow! I think almost every state in the U.S. has snow still. Except for FL. Maybe we should all move to FL? Sun, sand, and the ocean. Yep, I am so moving to FL. :D

And I would just kill for some snow.

I'm burning up over here. Our high today is to be 90. I have no AC. I just want to roll around in your driveway for a bit.

I do hope April is nicer to you this year though. I am already dreading it.

Our snow has been melting today and yesterday... now we are worried about flooding, since we had rain for the past two days, and are supposed to have temperatures above freezing all week!!

First time I've seen grass since January.....

WAH. We got the same, $#%^, thing today. It's all melted now (almost 4.30pm). But come on! I want summer - mosquitoes or not.

Funny post :D

It only snowed a couple times in Washington this year, and I missed them all, because I was either in Belgium or Argentina. Can't say that I'm sorry to have missed it! Hope you get some spring weather soon!!

We're just coming out of Summer and heading into the cooler months, but where we live we may see a little bit of dew in the early mornings for a couple of weeks, maybe a couple of mornings where there might be a little 'frost' on the ground, but I just wouldn't have a clue what it would be like to live with white powder out your door and all around you!!! I'm just in awe with regards to you stepping out with five children dressed for that kind of weather... I said to my Sammy the other morning when all I was trying to put on him was his undies, shorts and a t-shirt, that him & I were jolly lucky we didn't live in a cold climate, otherwise we'd never get out the door - there'd be no point... This kid's happy to run about in his birthday suit, not that we encourage that; but there you have it, about 15 minutes trying to catch him, and put 3 items of clothing on him, no shoes even! My goodness, it's shameful! Shall I send him over to you in a little padded bag - you'd have him sorted, wouldn't you?!?! (laughing laughing laughing...) Have a lovely day. Naomi x
