So is it an intentional pun? Although some say the pun is the lowest form of humor, I have been told that it shows a wonderful facility with and enjoyment of language.

I forgot I was going to ask you...
When your son had the eczema were you nursing him and was it a problem with dairy you were eating if you were? I have begun to suspect dairy. He seems to get gassy and spit up more when I have a lot of dairy. Because of that I have cut my dairy down to hardly anything. Maybe I should take out that last bit and see if it helps his skin. I didn't know it could cause eczema.
