Silhouttes
For once, I actually have a bottle neck jam of posts!
This was last weeks art project. I remember doing this same thing when I was in first grade. We could not get Jonah to sit still without crying so we never finished his. Of course you can see the boys talked me into doing one of Mary Jane. Isaac's head was a little too big for the black construction paper, thats why it looks a little "flat". Anyway, it's a fun project!

nicely done. How did you do it?
Kim,
You sit them next to the wall then position a shadeless lamp to cast a shadow. Tape a piece of white paper to the wall and trace their profile. Then put the white paper over black construction paper and cut out the profile and glue it to a white (or any color) paper.
So cool...
I am getting that book.
That is awesome. I remember doing that in school too. You can tell who is who too, very cute.
Thanks Amie,
I will have to try it with the girls. They would Love it!
Mom has some of those from when the boys were little too. We never got one done.
Neat project idea.
