Dirt

As tiring as snow gets, at least it's clean.

I can dress her up as much as I want, but something tells me I won't be able to keep her out of the dirt!

Ah yes, that is what happens when you raise a little girl with four big brothers and no sister (yet)! Sadie does look adorable, though.

I understand. We had a backyard of dirt last month, but now we have beautiful green grass growing. I love it. My girls were happier with the dirt.

Some girls (maybe even most girls) like playing in the dirt every bit as much as boys do. When Don took the kids camping Sandy's clothes were always the dirtiest. I love the picture of Jonah!

Ah, but mom! Dirt is so much fun!

I see you dress her in play clothes that are easy to wash and do not need special care. Lucky for us moms that our little girls grow so fast that they usually outgrow the clothes before they get ruined from all that wonderful dirt and grass!

On second thought, as the mother of the bride, maybe it's not so lucky for us moms that they grow fast?

I completely understand. Us Michiganders are covered in mud cuz of all this rain we've had. My dd and ds were covered from head to toe in mud today. They did have a blast, I can't complain. :)

Our sand turned to mud yesterday when the kids pulled out the hoses. lol It was hot, about 95, so they go to get pretty messy. And Girly doesn't hesitate to get messy either! lol
