Fair
I brought the boys to the fair today. We go to see the animals and the exhibitions, but today two different people stopped and gave us their extra ride tickets as they were leaving so the boys got to go on couple rides too.
Isaac is in this big "loon" phase this summer. He has read about six books about them. Fortunately, the girl doing face-painting knew how to make one (and a good one too).

A day at the fair is a heap of fun! You all look like you had a good time. We missed out on our Exhibition, or EKKA, this year, as we're all on the fluey side, but we're hoping to get to one of the outer town fairs sometime soon... can't go a whole year with out samples of honey, corn on the cob and strawberries and cream!!!

We might visit the UP State Fair tomorrow. I haven't been there since all you kids were little. Wasn't that just a few years ago. ``
