Dear Readers,
I want to hear from you! Choose a question and answer:
1. Has anything unexpected happened so far in 2006?
2. Any recent good intentions, that remained intentions?
3. Have you recently discovered a cool website?
4. Are you contemplating a change?
5. Do you know of a kid friendly recipe that includes spinach?
And, so nobody has an excuse not to answer
6. What did you eat for breakfast?

I am contemplating a change...with my homeschooling, as far as curriculum, approach, etc. That is all I am going to say at this point because I hope to blog about it in the near future (when I get a minute)!
I, too, am contemplating a change and thinking a lot about what I'll do when my research job ends next year. Do I start teaching full time, go back to school, do something else altogether? Sitting in a hammock for a year with a Do Not Disturb sign hanging near me seemed like a good idea one day recently. :-)
banana pancakes.Made by my hubby.
Yes, I'm contemplating change. I'm ready to give up my job and go into the classroom full-time so that I have more time at home. Just waiting for job opportunities to open up at our college.
My intention to finish editing my novel and send it to agents has not (as yet) moved forward as it should. I've been doing some serious blogging (which is including some talks with my parents about things that have needed discussing for years). I know this has taken away from my novel editing energy.
Thanks for posing this question - hopefully it will get me back on track. (I had biscuits and coffee this morning - but I'm very jealous of those banana pancakes, btw!)
Spinach meatballs on pasta. Make any normal meatball recipe. Add 1/4-1/2c Parmesean and one box of thawed, well-squeezed [or fresh chopped] spinach, some finely chopped onion and garlic and some oregano. Make a nice, thick tomato sauce and serve in a large soup bowl on a chunky pasta such as shells.

I had every intention, in 2005 and now the start of 2006, to finish editing all my home video of the girls. At the rate I am going, the girls will get my old computers when they are older instead of DVD's to watch.
Well I can't even answer the last question since I didn't eat breakfast this morning. Sorry to be such a bore.
changes -- hopefully going back to school and moving soon! I need a new job, too. Working on all of the above.
Recipe -- this is one I like, and I don't have kids, but I think it would be pretty easy to adapt to kid palates.
salmon, spinach, phyllo, and feta
wrap salmon, spinach, and feta in phyllo. (I use 2 sheets) bake at 350 for like 20-30 minutes until fish is cooked & phyllo is golden & puffy. If the kids don't like fish, you could also use chicken and some other kind of cheese if feta is too strong for them.
I'm eating breakfast now -- an asiago cheese bagel.
Contemplating a change--Getting pregnant this summer.
Breakfast--Bagel and banana bread.
Well, I guess I have some catching up to do on your blog...Sorry, been lately a little preoccupied with my photoblog and household stuff. So here are my answers:
1) No, nothing that I can think off
2) Ha - yup, trying to keep up with my money software - everytime I get caught up, I say, this will not happen again, and before you know it, I have a big pile of receipts *smiling* at me.
3)Actually this morning. I'll be posting the link tonight - just if you are interested.
4)I always could improve for the better.
5)Hm - we don't eat a lot of spinach and our son doesnt' mind eating it - but then again, I think we wouldn't like if I call him a kid - *grins*
6) Almond Croissant...
